It all begins with the Healthy Survey. Through the Health Survey, we detail your personal health history, current diet regiment, cravings, and daily activities. From the information you provide, we design a workable diet plan that gradually substitutes truly healthy alternatives to replace food that is sabotaging your diet. Again, I do not believe in calorie restrictive diets. I embrace food!
Next, you will make a list of items you have in your kitchen cabinet. I will evaluate the list and identify comparable, but healthy, wonderfully tasting foods. Together, we will go to your grocery store and begin the journey. Gradually, the "bad" will be replaced by the "good". This is a step-by-step process and gradual changes will have long lasting results.
Every month, we will schedule two personal one hour health sessions. As the weight comes off, we will continue to modify your diet as the harmful cravings dissipate and we replace them with what your body truly wants, healthy nutrition.
